Instructions, proteins, antibodies; reagents, agarose, buffer, transfer pipets, well cutters, tubes, filter paper, 10mL pipettes, & 60mm petri plates.

All You Need:

Horizontal electrophoresis apparatus, power supply, automatic micropipettes with tips, microscope slides (1" x 3"), distilled water, 400-600 mL beaker, 1000 mL graduated cylinder, microwave, humidifying chamber, paper towels, plastic wrap or foil, & 37˚C incubation oven (optional).
